Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale - Youth Version
(DASS-Y)

The Depression Anxiety Stress Scales – Youth version (DASS-Y) is a modified version of the DASS-21, specifically designed for individuals aged 7 to 18 years. It measures general psychological distress and the negative emotional states of depression, anxiety, and stress. The wording and focus of the questions have been simplified to ensure that the scale is more accessible and relevant for young people, making it suitable for use in both clinical and non-clinical settings. This version maintains the reliability and validity of the original DASS while being adapted for youth populations.
